She came to Arkansas for the first time when she did her training in orthopedic surgery at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and fell in love with the natural state. After completing a year-long fellowship in hand and microsurgery at Duke University in Durham, N.C., Dr. Anderson returned to Little Rock.
She has a full and balanced life including a busy hand surgery practice and a wonderful home with her husband, Thomas, and four children: Piper, Mattias, Beckett and Winslow.
“She fixed my wrist that other doctors couldn’t. I have my life back. She went above and beyond and truly cared!” – Travis P.
“Dr. Andersson is not only a wonderful and caring person, she is an excellent surgeon. She repaired my wrist that I fractured over 30 years ago and had two previous surgeries on. She explains clearly what the problem is and what can be done.” – George P.
