ORTHOARKANSAS GIFTED COLD IMMERSION
TUBS TO SCHOOLS IN 15 ARKANSAS COUNTIES
2023 marked one of the hottest summers in Arkansas history. Extreme heat poses several dangers to human health, primarily through the risk of heat-related illnesses. Coaching staff and athletic trainers must be prepared to keep their student-athletes safe.
To treat heat-related illnesses, OrthoArkansas gifted more than 20 cold immersion tubs to schools in 15 counties that applied online based on their needs.
